Shouldn't be a problem as long as you get enough speed up in first to prevent strain on the engine in the bottom of 3rd. But there's probably some techno-buff answer as to why it is bad

'twas a lovely windy and rainy evening out on the harbour - lot's of water on the deck! Bloody good night for sailing...

Next wednesday is the last race this season so after that I'm more likely to come and join you guys.

Casuality zipped off for the ride last nite,back 5 mins later cause it started to rain

I rode to Kaikoura with Delphinus(TT600) via the picturesque route yesterday.Hes touring the North Island till Easter

So we game for another attempt this week? No idea what the weather is surposed to do but would be nice to go for a ride. Location?? Or is douvoculle our main route? Not that it bothers me that much, I like that hill, just dislike all the others to get there...... oh well practice makes improvement

Work has settled down nicely so I should be along this week... taggin along in the rear somewhere! I have fixed my exhaust problem (nuts vibrated off! The exhaust bolts you dirty so and so's) and I guess I can get to about 90kph... the speedo is on back order...

Ha, sucks to be me. But if we're riding hills, I'm in cos I should be able to keep up!

you'll be fine -I rode our old XL200R on a couple of the Wed nite rides,no probs

Only a few more weeks till daylight saving finishes.....we'll be along tonight

Grr i was gona cum tonight but my bike is playing up... wont idle properly and coughs and splutters below 5000rpm. ive drained carbies and i would like to clean/ check sparkplugs but honda has made it pretty much impossible for the average home mechanic to get at them but im reluctant to pay a shop $60 an hr to do a job ive done many times before on simpler bikes! dam it

Anyone have suggestions?
