Thats what the word service means,in retail even xmas eve is another day,that is what is meant by retail,albeit the hours for workshop could mean they had no major jobs on,just being ready to do jobs like yours,or small ones.Probably the workshop guys would finish say mid arvo,whatever good to hear positives about the bike shops.And power of word of mouth is evident here.
