Will fit in tank bag and small back pack that can be tied to back seat.
spent 5 days riding the east coast, spent most of the day on the bike so only needed the jeans for the pub, rest of the time in shorts.

I should have mentioned that my wife will be riding pillion and the reason we're heading up is to go to a wedding on the Saturday so I'll need appropriate attire for that as well.Originally Posted by Gixxer
Maybe the owners definition of sportbike use was different from yours. You know, make it more usefull..................Originally Posted by NC30_chick

At least you had footpegs to take off. I havent even got the mounting brackets on mine, so it made it harder to fit the PACK RACK MOUNTS !Originally Posted by NC30_chick

NC30, you might know this....
can you get a sidecar for an SP1?
I'm having a packrack saga this week.
When I bought the LuxoSport, it was supposed to have a packrack fitted before I picked it up, and I was going to pay half the retail price - i.e., $100. I got there - no rack. :spudwhat:
"It's on order - it'll be here in a coupla days."
Fair enough. Got a workmate to take my backpack (no straps) home on Monday, then found a pack in the cupboard to carry my crap in.
Rang this morning: "Sorry - none in stock at the wholesalers; it'll be two weeks."
WTF?!? I'm getting sick of using a backpack - it's a real bugger getting it on and off over my jacket, as the armour snags the straps, and it's been warm and sunny this week (WTF's up with the D'Auckland weather?), so the pack is a pain.
Rang Kerry at Motohaus (Top Bloke, is Kerry) and he phoned back to say he'd have one this afternoon.
:
Phoned the bike shop, told them what's what, and I wasn't happy with their reaction at all. After some negotiation, they agreed to give me a credit note for $100 to spend in their parts department.
Caught up with a local VFR800 owner this morning, to tell him about my new toy. Turned out he hadn't had his immaculate Anniversary Edition VFR for about a year. Here's his story:
" I killed the VFR almost a year ago when luggage came off the rack and into the back wheel (at an estimated 120km by the police - I have no recall) and I am now almost recovered. I am still advised not to ride even my pedal bike as I still have a broken collar bone that may yet take a further month or two to fix before I should think of riding again."![]()
So be very careful to secure that luggage, Kiddies.
... and that's what I think.
Or summat.
Or maybe not...
Dunno really....![]()
