you flicked the kill switch back on to "run" right?

Try holding in the clutch when you start it, and make sure the side stand it up.

Did you somehow leave your lights on? try push starting it (do it in 2nd or 3rd gear)
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

    is it firing at all?
if not play with the gears and clutch while trying to start it. mine sometimes wont start in neutral unless i pull the clutch in

when you flick the run/off switch you earth a live wire from ignition, same with side standswitch and clutch...
So from what you are saying it sounds like that wire is still earthing ( everything works except starting..)
So if you get no spark ,track that usualy black and red striped wire and see if it touches metal somewhere...
and/or bypass the switches one by one to see if one of em shorts out....Good luck
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....

Fuggin' bike just about broke my fuggin' ankle today. Tiny little narrow Parnell back streets; pull a tight U-turn, bike chooses that moment to splutter and miss at low rpm (hot engine, just filled up tank of gas), down she goes... first reaction was to put out foot.

    Ooooooooootch.
