RHS front disc urgently needed! RF900/BANDIT 1200

    HI GUYS....

Have finally got it sussed. Brakes are the same off the RF900'S and Bandit 1200's as they are on the GS1200's....

Does anyone have a second hand RHS disc?

Mods can you please leave this here for couple of days for maximum exposure?? Not having my bike on the road in this weather is driving me nuts!

Thanks heaps! Please txt me on 0275 945 545.

Have you tried Bike Busters in nigger-wahia?

I think I still have both front discs but they are under thickness. If you need something to tide you over I'll have a look and see if I can find them.

::edit:: Yep I have them! All three but as said they're under thickness.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

Have you checked part numbers? I know the calipers on the 1200ss are the same as the Hayabusa (6 pots as opposed to the 4 pots on Bandit/RF) - unsure re disks.

F1 engineering in the Island of Northness make new ones for the 1200ss.

If they are identical to the Bandit you can order from America

    spunky (US$)

A stock Bandit one on Bikebandit.com is US$280

Also re Bandit parts e-bay often has clean rotors very cheap.

Bandit and RF rotors are the same. I use Bandit rotors on my bike.

Here's a list of compatible rotors for the 1200SS

    GS 500 EK/EL/EM/EN/EP/ER/ES
    GS 500 ET/EV/EW/EX/EY/K1-K3
    GS 500 FK4/FK5/FK6/FK7
    GSF1200 Bandit 1995-2000
    GSF 250 N/ZM/P/NP/ZP/R/NR Bandit (GJ74A)
    GS 500 EK/EL/EM/EN/EP/ER/ES (GM51A)
    GS 500 ET/EV/EW/EX/EY/K1/K2/K3
    GS 500 FK4/K4/FK5/K5/FK6/K6/FK7/K7
    GS 1200 SSK1/ZK1 (GV78A)
    GSX 1200 FSW/FSX
    RF900R 1994-1998
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.
