Richard and Brenda are both really good to deal with and for that reason (and the fact that Stew would beat me up if I went anywhere else) I'll definitely keep going to TSS, but Kerry was special. You don't often meet people like him in the motorcycle trade, because most of the trade treats you like they are doing you a favour even deigning to talk to you.
Kerry always had time for a chat and always let you know if he had a special on something you had been looking at. Really thoughtful personalised service. Very sad to see him leave the retail side.

The one and only time I had the pleasure of visiting TSS I was treated like a long lost friend by Trevor Fergus. I was most impressed.
By far the most positive experience i've had in any retail shop full stop
