Thanks for the good tyre advice Kerry. Good luck with the new position.
the time before last i had bad service from the workshop out back, i popped my head in a month ago as i was doing the bike shop rounds and ended up with good front counter service and buying a puncture repair kit, even got a discount on it, mind you so i should considering i bought new bike from there.
Paul in the workshop is great! I'm going to make a t-shirt with a print depicting his visage... I may even wear it![]()

Firstly - GOD Damn Kerry's leaving, and moving on to a something better for himself and his family. I couldn't be more than happy for such a awesome guy. Dafe introduced me to Kerry, and haven't looked anywhere else to purchase my accessories than from him.
Even if he didn't give me the best deal around! I simply felt that it was more important to support him.
Secondly - For all you people out there, who whinge and moan about the poor service your receiving for one off sales. The one thing that I've learnt when dealing with Sales guys, is the more they get to know you, the more luck your going to have in getting the service you want. For instances I now know guys like Crasher (WM), Sparkybills (Motormart), and Dan (Motorad) well enough to talk to them simply say 'Hi, how's it going?'. I also know that they'll be there to give me the best help that they can. Which is all I can possibly want.
Nonetheless, well done to darby, and to Kerry. All the best.

I concur. I have had good dealings with Kerry, Pete, Martin, Dan and John (Boyle). If I want something I'll deal with these guys directly or let them get someone to help me. If I don't get what I want I go back to the first point of contact and the issue is sorted.
Kerry is a good 'un. I wish you well for your next role, Kerry.

KERRY THORNTON - U DA MAN!!!
Most genuine guy I ever met from the retail industry. Only guy I'd buy my gear from too. What to do in future?
Good luck in the new job Kerry, I see Derby's is very established throughout the US and they have a bucketload of big name motorcycle brands in bed with them.
