Oils? Motul 4t?

just about to do an oil and filter change. went to chainreaction and they recommended the motul 4T 10w40, so i went with it. i get home to find that the one that i had been using was the spectro sx4 15w50. have i been given the right one? i always get mixed up.

10w 40 will be fine, that is what i use in my four strokes,
