    Best Grandad ever

Well 5 kids are totally convinced their grandad is the best in the world.
Frosty's family have a few acres of pine forest in mangawhai
His dad hauled out his tractor and carved a kid sized track around the forest.
Couldn't say how long the track is but the kids take 2-3 full minutes to go round it.
They all keep saying its "knarly"
You can guess what frosty was doing all day today

Do you know if there is anywhere for adults to ride in Mangawhai? Are you allowed to ride in the forests there? I head up there regularly, and would love to go for a blast up there on the CR.

BTW - that's awesome about the kids track, very cool.

I just asked frosty. He said to the best of his knowledge no.
They get pretty angry about it if you go through the forestry.

Sorry Jimmy I'm pretty sure you are wrong.Frostys mum n dad warned the kids not to leave their land because the fines foir going on the forestry land are now huge. It all changed about 12 months ago when Catrer Holt had to give the land back to the local iwi. Keep in mind too it might be a seasonal thing as well--Its a very high fire risk up there at the moment.

Well we had another two days of mini motocross riding.Frosty got semi serious with marking the trails fairly clearly this time. More to protect grandads very important irrigation waterpipes than anything.
We've added one more to the tribe -The latest addition being Crash Bandicoot" named because she managed to crash a jr50 4 times in 150m in the practice area (flat feild with long grass)
Her only comment afterwards was "Hmm I think I need body armour like the boys have" Clearly she's related to Frosty.
Frosty pretty smartly decided that the Jr was too broken to ride right now and put her on a little 50cc suzuki quad.
She has the bug as bad as all the rest of us and only stopped riding when the quad ran out of petrol.
