    lol they are so naive!
I gave the "Z" as an indicator - they have a full list of bikes there (ie - they knew the full model number of my bike - not just M50. And they have "X"'s against the ones that they think will assist in killing you.

So they are probally not as niave as I made out. Sorry to disapoint!

they have a thing against ninjas, if it has ninja in it it's considered FAST and they will not allow it. as tank said in an earlier post the Z was just an example of many of thier "black list"....hmmm pun at tank ? lol

and yet they approved my mate to have a 2004 gsxr600....but would not allow him a zx6r kawasaki....a less powerful bike.

and no i'm not taking the piss about ninja etc. things being "fast"

Im looking into getting a dispensation to skip my restricted test and go straight to my full
Reason being that Ive never upgraded from my learners cuz Im happy with my 2 stroke 250's on the road..
But now Im moving oversea's I'd like to get my full before I go
Have been riding for 5 + years as only form of transport... Im hoping theyll let me get away with this,
Tank, who is it I need to write to ???
Confident the aprilia rsv4, IS the one

Pop into any AA center and pick up a dispensation form. Takes 20 business days.

Skid I don't think the 'old blokes' can take culpability from this - do you really think that having a gixxer not a zx6r has any bearing there?

Bikes on the no list have a history of being in more accidents. No one needs to ride a super-sports. A dispensation is about allowing people to ride for a purpose, which they have to articulate. That the system allows people to make a case which will be assessed on an individual basis is something we should be grateful for. Its better than most countrues. But the system can only protect us all to a degree.
