Skid I don't think the 'old blokes' can take culpability from this - do you really think that having a gixxer not a zx6r has any bearing there?
Bikes on the no list have a history of being in more accidents. No one needs to ride a super-sports. A dispensation is about allowing people to ride for a purpose, which they have to articulate. That the system allows people to make a case which will be assessed on an individual basis is something we should be grateful for. Its better than most countrues. But the system can only protect us all to a degree.
