I have just viewed, stroked and admired the Benelli range of naked bikes. They are a work of art and the Cafe racer is a crazy looker. I found them at a shop in New Farm, Brisbane. The engine is a triple, so yes I would like it. It is a bike I could spend hours just admiring all the component parts - if I was allowed, which I wasn't. So a few quick photos and one day I will return?
The shop also had a Moto Morini 9.5 and Corsaro. Would I have a Corsaro or Benelli - hard choice but on looks the Benelli wins. It would have to be parked in the lounge not the garage.

And why it's called a café racer I have no idea. It reminds me of a cheap plastic children's toy. If you're going to build a naked bike, why cover it in plasticky shit?

(even though it is NOT a ducati.......)
) between this chap and the chap I dealt with from the Auckland establishment. I am sure that there will an outcome at some stage, and although I have just recently bought a new bike and am no longer in the market for one, I would be VERY interested in finding out what the final outcome actually was......
Great guys
