    Nor 90% referendum.

    Unless there is some moral groundswell of ill-will towards the Govt if they don't act, (like there should be over the Kukenbecker legal aid farce) they will simply ignore it.

    Yep, just the same on the bike. I've got a screamer attached to the detector and it really makes you jump when it goes off! It's definitely made me more aware of speed.
