    Another rider bites the dust

So out on the new CR250 last night (first proper ride on it) at kimmy's park MX track, last lap of the day hit the double in wrong gear and band kicked nose up too high so i exited the jump mid-air....

    Hit the ground pretty hard

Ligament damage to both knees (can't walk at all), broken ankle and big toe is stuffed up big time

Now know how nasty a 250 stroker can be haha but I still love it Just gonna have to slowly learn how to ride it compared to the CRF

I was wearing knee pads BUT seriously considering a pair of knee brace's after this.

Hah yeah Cam she's abit of a graveyard ol' kimmys. Kim said to me the day before "yeah they're loose bikes... just don't break anything!"

    Sorry to hear.

Knee braces keep the leg from hyper-extending. They don't work to well when a leg is twisted.

I got a flywheel weight I can sell you. Its a Tjebbie Bruin one and you have to mod your case very slightly, but will tame it down and give you more power. all yours for $100. Cost me $120. They fit straight on the the 01 CR.
