I've been hearing conflicting stories about how much vitamin A one can take before their liver implodes, hair falls out (supposedly), skin turns yellow and cat runs away.
so what better way than to ask a bunch of hairy bikers.....
been told to take supplements, incl cod liver oil (yummy!)
how A much is too much? anyone knowledgeable in this area?
