I can turn up to the test on the BMW...... I have a dispensation that allows me to ride it on the day of the test only.....

Crazy rules..... all i wanted was a dispensation to ride the bmw for the restricted test, ride out the restricted on it and then sit the full on it....

But no...

Ah well... 24th April, 8am.......
