Install a gps thingy me bob on your motor sickle and have it monitored. Then you'll know everytime your battery is disconnected or some coont is trying to thief it.

or

get two dogs and have an automatic firing system aimed at your door with a hair trigger (just remember to have your mates ring before coming round)

or

own sumthing no bastard will steal

why not jus insure your bike?

Duh. Because you pay for it eventually. The insurance co won't just take it on the chin. Excess, then depreciated value of machine as a payout, followed by increased premiums from then on. esp if it happens more than once.
That's how lowlife scum often justify stealing, 'oh but it will be insured'. We all end up paying for it.
