personally i think fair enough no beach riding, its boring anyway!!
but the bombing range c'mon only dedicated riders go there anyhow!
as far as i can tell the military dont care if we ride there, i've had them tell me to wait an hour so they can clear out and then its sweet!.
staying off the dunes and horse trails is just common sense c'mon you lot who don't think the common sense rules apply to you, your ruining it for everyone!

I've been to the bombing range many many times, i love it!
you know how many people i see up there on a busy day besides the occasional 4WD about 10 other riders and its a huge area! miles from any kids,as for accidents if motocross did'nt have an element of risk no one would do it. (same goes for most of you road riders)
I noticed alot of the people commenting ride road bikes (i used to) do you have dirtbikes as well?, do you actually know what its like up there?
i also ride at the bikepark and think its great and that people who sneak in are losers, but there are times you just wanna ride with some freedom and the bombing range is one of the few places you can do this!!

    Hi all

    I am Daisy second cousin.

There was a memorial for Daisy lthis week at the school she was going to. Incidently this was the school I attended from 1978-1982. The girl in the photo was the one that was seriously hurt in the accident.

I plan to visit this memorial when I am in Tauranga again on the 8th March.

    RIP Daisy.
Small and dangerous with a sting in my tail!!
