The test is easy - if the kid calls their mother 'Pam', and their grandma 'ma', their going to jail.

But seriously, what happens when these kids they have identified as criminals actually commit crimes - the government will have to somehow be held accountable because they actually knew the likelehood.
The only other option is to lock them up as soon as they turn 18 - I have no problem with that If they are the real bad kind.

Bet anyone a choccy fish that 99% + of the "anti-social" kids will be little boys.

And the "training courses" will be designed to turn them into (second class) little girls.

By their standards every single kid Iwent to school with was anti social and should have turned out a criminal. Strange that most haven't. Or maybe they have, since thinking for yourself is pretty much a criminala ct nowdays.

Yeah well my brother went to a parenting class. God forbid. While in Nelson my newphew packed a whopping big tantrum - slammed doors, ran out of the house, yelling and swearing - and why?? Cos I had told him off calmly and told him to start getting grateful.

This behaviour of his was ignored cos brother was told to ignore it - how's the retard learning right from wrong. The fact he was allowed to abuse property and f off for an hour - well he missed the stockcards that I was going to shout him and his father to.

Why isn't shit kid allowed to do dishes - this is fn classic - hygene. Well fk me how come brother and I are still alive! Our family totalled 7 - dishes from arsehole to breakfast time. We had to do them.

mstrs got it right - look who's allowed to breed!! present govt cultivated these morons and mentality. I certainly never voted for this govt.

I feel sorry for the teachers.

All of you guys need to sit down a smoke a bit i think.
Cos at the end of the day, if you aint been to china......you don't know jack about "Big Brother".
300,000+ people who's only job is to block websites, check emails...see what you are typing.
Guaranteed good lifestyle for ALL police......like wise full respect, unlimited jobs.
All phone conversations recorded on 10,000+ rolling window servers.
Every on/off ramp to anything takes a photo of your car.
CCTV (closed circuit, not the channel) cameras every 50m in Beijing, every 200m in Shanghai.
I think NZ cant do much worse.
As for scanning kids to see if the are young loopys.......wont matter a fuck as they wont lock them up, or do anything about it. Its an empty threat, with no infrastructure behind it (CYPS, Police, metal instatutions ha not in NZ). Like saying they will defend the country.....with the Air force.

Engineers strive to improve things so same thing.

They carry out pregnancy checks for various things, which is acceptable, so what is wrong with dealing with problem kids

I heard it said recently that the conditions in Germany today are not dissimilar to what they where just before Hitler came to power. Hitler and what we can learn from the Nazi regime is as relevant now as it ever was.
