    The motor is like it is so it feels lighter and handles better. the fuel tank is in the subframe where the air box is on a normal bike and the air filter is where the tank used to be. IOt has an EFI engine. the air filter is where it is to make a lower more compact package.

    I heard the story about centring the "reciprocating mass" (spinning weight) (crankshaft) sounds like thay know what they're doing, but who'd know? gotta ride it aye?

    Actually as pretty as it is I don't think you can add it as a Motard. Be a bugger to buy one and then be told you cant race it in the Motards.
    Check the MNZ rules - no off road version - then it ain't a Motard!

    34-2-3 Machines:
    Must be of an original OEM off road origin. If a Super Motard model is made then a purpose built off road bike must also be available from the manufacturer.
