Shocking behavior

Dmouse, I believe the major point that you've missed out on is that Big Dave's original post was a joke, i've seen Big Dave defend Harley's in most situations so I think you should re read it with a more positive attitude.

I think everyone in this thread has been joking, there really is no hard feelings against Harley riders but it's human nature to want to slag each other off, bugger knows why.

The stereo-type I gave is ofcourse ridiculous because obviously not ALL Harley riders could be like that but that's the very small side people like to pick on because it has the greatest impact.

yer right thats just how adolf started a few rumours that jews gypsys and the like were not liked because they were different or substandard, most of what starts out in jest some becomes serious, why should anyone be picked on for there choice of ride !!! or because they wave next it will be our choice of petrol we use or maybe tyres, life is hard enough without people throwing shit at each other for a cheap joke as sooner or later it sticks and there is allways the upcomeing bikers that believe as the truth what they hear from other older so called wiser bikers.

judge me for not what i ride but my skill and road manners to others.

and as an after thought not all gang members ride harleys most drive cages and a lot sports bikes does this give them the qualification and approval of other sportbikers !!!!!

ok so if i wave im wrong and if i dont im wrong am i expected to wear blinkers and not see other bikers and does this include anyone that has broken down ir injured ??, i allways carry trye sealant just in case and a first aid kid allways in case not just for me but other bikers if they need help i dont look or ask for items to be replaced, i have dished out at least four cans of sealant over the years and some first aid stuff ok i hope its you i dont see and maybe your opinion will change when i ride past you and dont see you or even wave !!! have a good ride but be carefull out there.

You are seriously overcompensating for the embarrassment of owning a Harley.

It's OK, we're all bikers here and generally accept that everyone makes a mistake.
It's when you buy another one and repeat the mistake that you really deserve shit! I'm sure you won't do that.

Taihoa. Back the bus up mate. I don't give a shit what you ride, whether you wave or not, or perform roadside surgery out of the goodness of your heart. Do what you want to do, care less about what others think, and if you are helping others out more power to you. What I am suprised about is the comparison between one sub-group of riders taking the piss out of another sub-group of riders, with the Nazi propaganda machine that led to and supported a holocaust in which millions of people died. A bit of a long bow don't you think?

Just ride and enjoy, wave to other if you feel like it...
