What type of motorised traveller you are, is determined by your attitude, not the vehicle you utilise.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

This way I am off the radar (no pun intended) of any cops. I am over 60 and have yet to get a ticket. Stay invisible friend.
So now you say you are speeding down the motorway at 120+ and say i am the one that would "create major issues" we all know what has happen over the last few months with "bikers" going way to fast on motorways and streets and those guys are no longer with us.

Yes i am happy to say that i drive in the right hand land "most of the time" because i travel at 100 - 110k's and pass a few cars in the left hand land, most of my travel is during the hours of 9am - 8pm when there is traffic in all lanes of the motorway, I also travel in the right hand land due off and on ramps and the bridge.

Some of you may think it is wrong because you want to zip down the motorway at 120km's plus on your bikes/cars/planes however I think its wrong that you feel you can travel at that speed (which is over the limit) and endanger others.

and if the "attitude" for a biker is to endanger others, break laws that stuff up the "fun" of the ride, only care about how fast i can go to enjoy the ride then I will be very happy to NOT be called a biker/rider

Sprag, who are you to say that you are driving safely and correctly at 110? The others driving at 90kmh in the right lane will disagree. Who is right?

The fact remains, anyone who drives in the right lane and refuses to move left is doing so in breach of the law. Breaking that law, in a misguided attempt to stop others from breaking another law, is unbelievably hypocritical.

Not to be a w**ker or anything but have you been on aucklands motorway in the last year or so ?
I am on it 6 days a week, during the hours from 9am - 8pm, and like i have said most of the time i am passing cars on the left side of me, or having to take the right because the left lands are off ramps and I am heading for the shore, If i am in the right lane and some 4x4 is sitting on my butt I will hit my breaks (for a split sec) to get them to back off, I am not about to jump lanes so he can take off.

Anyone that travels on the auckland motorway during the times I have said will know that the motorway is busy and all lanes are being used.

Yep, spent time up there last month, working on the 'shore. With regard to traffic, I was happy to head south again - you have my sincere sympathies...

However, I don't think that busy roads excuse prattish behaviour.

I'm sure it takes no more effort to move out of someones way than to prat-break infront of them. If the roads are so congested have you considered the effect of breaking like that upon everyone behind you? The guy behind may not rear-end you but theres a good chance you'll fuck-up someones day!

the speed limit is 100, if you going faster than me at 110 then you can bloody wait.

If i get someone that is sitting on my butt in a car, I have no problem slamming on my breaks to get you to back off, if that does not work i will then find a car to the left of me doing 90 and I will slow down to 90.

If you want to drive/ride up the motorway at 110+ then do it in the middle of the night when there is no one else around.
