If im not racing at Taupo that weekend, I could be convinced to come up for a ride!!

That is if you could put up with a 20year old kicking all your asses at touch and volly??

Might even convince Johnboy and Motoxxx to come.

Quasi spoke to a few quys at work with bikes and they are all keen for a day on the beach. So there should be a fair few people showing up.

The weather doesn't usually settle until January anyway. I thought a December beach day was a bit ambitious.
Maybe Hotwater Beach would be more suitable?
