I'm gonna go for a test ride on a VS1400, hopefully next week.
I gotta be mobile before the end of Feb as a couple of us are planning to tour the top half of the S.Island.

he broke his arm (not bike related ) 5 months without riding the bike. i reckon thats nigh on suicide

Don't worry, I've been in the same boat. No bike for like 10 weeks, but today I did my last exam so I should be able to fix it, touch wood.

I know our bitching pales in comparison to your problems but I know how that feels at the moment, bought my RGV did about 500kms on it in a couple of weeks then it seized, been sitting at the workshop for almost a month now...
