A tip for complete newbies : Wet Roads Dont Stick

A tip for complete newbies & at the risk of teaching my Grandmother to suck eggs...

    Wet roads are slippery :(

Traffic markings, tram lines & utility covers doubly so

And even more so if it hasn't rained for a while.

First significant rain in Chch for weeks

Lots of diesel and oil on the roads

I locked up front & rear brakes and slid both wheels this morning avoiding a blind motorist

    Take care out there

Nahh it aint the rain thats the problem. Its the shit that the rain floats up thats the problem.
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
