Same way as in the dry,just a bit slower.
You can use a solvent such as brakleen. But really with replacement tyres they're actually pretty good from new. By all means take care for the first few K's but after that just ride as you normally do.
This does not apply to a brand new bike with the factory fitted tyres!

wiping it off dosnt really do much exept remove a bit of the wax.
the tyre has to get warm for the rest to ooze out of the rubber...
tyres that have been used and sit around are worse then brand new tyres because they go "off".
