    I reakon that bike could go quicker around there... that rear sliding into the hairpin was AWESOME, fucking well controlled...

    Oh just another point, that was a stock standard 999, it wasnt a 999R which is SHITLOADS faster...

    I think the car could of been pushed around faster too...but .4sec is bloody close,be interesting to see the whole lap with them ghosted together,see corner speeds and brake distances.I've seen 5th gear a couple of times,they do some radical stuff,and that chick can drive too!

    I dont know if that car could be pushed too much harder, it was starting to dfrift around a bit.. maybe some slightly later braking, but that bike had heaps more lean to go, and more track to use as well..... I dont think Tiff (ex britsh touring car champ???) can get too much more out of it....

    Anyone know?

    How many BHP the standard 999 puts out? And the 999R?. And, would a bike with more bhp necessarily be faster around the track? As from memory, while the 999 series is a fricken nice bike, it's not tops in terms of horses, only quality
