    Project ZXR250 - Almost done

almost got the beast done. Just need new brake disc for rear, pads all round, Front indicators, fix front brake light switch, carb tune, vin and rego!

    so basically just $$$

all the same, rather close to completion, all going well im aiming for my birthday (30th November) or at worst xmas.

looking very sexy with the chrome exhaust system, any ideas on how i can re-sleeve the can???

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Seen carbon fibre sleeve, which slips over the top.

Would be piss easy to fabricate stainless one.

only problem is that the holding bracket (from can to frame) is on the sleeve... and im not a great welder.

i've thought of that, my can is an aftermarket bolt on system, so it needs to be fixed steady, cant have any lateral movement or she might pop off...
