    I'm pretty sure there already is such a thing. It only matters for big trailers and cars - and is probably not enforced. You actually have to make sense and argue with the perp when dealing with such stuff - not just point at a set of digits, look it up in your table, write a ticket and give a short speech.
    It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)
