Hi all
A truck has overturned on the North Western out of Auckland just before Te Atatu. One lane is open, but expect delays. There is a tow truck there but I am not sure whether they will need to call in a crane.

Bloody lovely, and an entirely suitable event for my last day commuting as a cage passenger.Originally Posted by Dr Bob

Just rung a friend to get hold of her hubby as he always comes home that way.... so now he wil make another way home...![]()
Come on, it's not that bad. Just go through Pt Chev back way, Great North rd, Avondale, New Lynn, Henderson, Te Atatu South, and then your home and hosed. Shouldn't take more than a couple of hours. Alternatively go upper harbour drive.

Traffic will be clogged all the way back up to the city.... its peak time traffic.... and people in the cars will be rubbernecking..... so for some it will take a long time to get home... unless they are out there riding today.... then they will lane split all the way.... until they spot a nice police officer..lol :cool2:
