You shouldn't be posting, reading or watching telly, and I hope they enforce that for the next 3 weeks.

    Love you.

Once we have more info on the place I will post about visiting times etc, although the next three weeks should be all about rehabilitating and getting better, and its only three weeks out of your life babe. Lots of

    Queue music from the x-files.

Bugger mate, there goes the noise abatement notice your parents were going to get this weekend. I guess a drunk guy in a wheelchair screeming down the pukurua bay hill won't be on youtube after all.

Listen to jim. Everytime you improve you look back and realise that you weren't fine....

i rushed back to work pretending everything was fine - paying the price for it 18 months later.

I was asleep cause I thought FJim was coming in that day. My apologies Jen... I appreciated your visit, and 'next time' huh? (disclaimer: there will be no next time).

I'm a bit pissed cause I've had loved ones, family and friends 'without' me for a while and also have my sister from the UK coming home and is anxious to see me (and I her)... oh and am keen to celebrate life/have a piss up.

So ... while I sound ungrateful theres a bit more to it, like impatience and dumb arse non-holistic minded Doctors that convinced me that I'm ok to go home, on 3 diff occasions. Meh, I'm keen to do it right (Jim2) but its also the fear of the unknown too. Damn bored at Hosp, and am worried its going to be worse at this other place. Time will tell and I'll stop complaining.

    love u too jim2 (non-gay)

Try and get hold of a metal spoon.
This will become quite handy for when you have to start digging the escape tunnel...

Hang in there dude - I get how frustrating this must be but as Hels said the Docs need to be sure they are doing all the right things to ensure you come back from this as best you can and as a few have cautioned - going against the doctors advise now can mean trouble later on.

The important thing is that when you DO GET OUT of hospital/care you are able to STAY OUT.

May the force be with you
(sorry that's real cheesey but you must get the sentiment surely?)

Yes best you do what the "professionals" say. However annoying this all is just keep thinking about how nice it will be to get home in good shape.

My longest stay in hospital was nothing like yours, only 8 days, but it sure was good when I got out, so hang in there.
    Cheers

Correct. Behave, better out late than early with some warped Suzuki fetish.

Hmm... looks like I'm heading to this new place this arvo. Been reassured by ACC that this place is the business and much more 'open' than the Hospital. Lots of reassuring. Cool.
