    The Motorcycle Show in Pram...

Went this morning and saw some nice bikes there, however I felt a little odd as my bike was one of the only sports looking bikes and was bright blue!

But it was good to see the other bikes and have a chat to a couple of other people. Shame to see one of the guys dump his bike as he was about to park his bike. Hope it is ok!

There was a nice looking ducati with a Kiwibiker sticker on the windscreen. Whose bike was this? Would have said hi, but I did not see the owner, also, the bike with NOS, PHAT!!!

The bloke that dropped his bike grabbed a handful of brake on the grass... nice old triumph... all his beer cans fell out in front of a cop that was about 2 metres away!...there was about 2 dozen, of which about 12 were already empty... heard the cop have a laugh about it with his mate later tho...

Sorry I didnt see ya, Raimus... shoulda gone and sat on my bike!
I was around...prolly drinkin woodstocks behind the streetfighters

The Vmax was a 99 model that the guy bought with 1000ks on the clock...he chopped it to bits straight away... it won best custom, best japanese and peoples choice... I was gutted when they parked it next to my bike!!!!

I was probably 10 feet away from my bike the whole day, with a KB t-shirt on, talking to the guys that owned the streetfighters

    Hmmm. Streetfightered FZR...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

The event has been run for the last few years- contact Randell Savage at Twin Cam Motorcycles, Magrath Ave, Paraparaumu as he and/or the Twin Cam social Club organise it I believe. I expect its to be an annual event
