People will soon delete everything that goes against their opinion. People already complain of mods possibly doing that (I'll be optimistic and say it's unintentional, for now).

    E.g. Snapt forums

    What a cool idea!

Could start threads, boot out wankers that don't agree with you (like Uncle Helen does) and take over the world (like Aunty Michael wants to)

    No. I haven't either.

    Nice whisky Bowmore is.

On topic: I was on an A-me-ric-can site that allowed thread starters to delete the thread - that's all.

Newlands has risen markedly in my estimation.

Well it's only the 12 year old. The 18 is much better. Then there's Ardbeg.

I have never changed my avatar. There was a period when Ms Fish and I exchanged identities , due to a misunderstanding and an ill timed release of quantum, but we each retained our own avatar. Just exchanged egos. We had to change back, hers was too big for me.

Indeed imitation is allegedly the most sincere form of flattery. Whilst web surfing the other evening, I happened to note that sportsbike.co.nz features a *Hitcher*, complete with Peter Fonda animated avatar, FJR1300T and an alleged penchant for single malts. So far their spelling and grammar is up to the mark, so it's nice to know they're taking good care of the *brand*. Saves me a job, I guess...
