WOW my new bike as summer finishes

Ive finally got myself another bike just as our lovely summer is ending

I brought a ZX9r 01 off a local boy who has been trying to fix it up and oh my god. After a 10 pack of hot glue gun, a roll of duct tape and a packet of zip ties he thought if was ready to go. Until the fibreglass holding the plastic fairings together broke off, he'd had enough.

Just spent 3 hours cutting the head light out and cleaning off all the shit. So the fairings can be repaired properly. plus playing around with the front shocks, 1 was on full hard travel and the other full soft travel. Who wants to check Ive done that properly??? It fells normal to me.

Just need to find a few parts to make it safer again.

Cant wait to be able to go for a real ride again

cant really help but I can tell you the bike looks good.

    Does that help?

The red looks really awesome. I am halfway thorugh thinking about getting mine repainted cause the chipmarks all over it are getting more than a little obvious.

Nearly all men can stand adversity and hard time, but if you want to test a mans true character, give him power....

Yep gonna put some pix up soon. I dont think I took some of the glue and string thro.

Gonna have to repaint it cos the fairings are all cracked. Was thinking dark blue but saw the red one and that mean, but now the green is starting is starting to grow on me, so I dont know what colour to do now
