last time i had an exhaust shipped it came in about the same time, unfortunately it was held at customs and I didn't know because the letter they sent was addressed to my father (as was the parcel).

Checked ebay out yesterday... $500NZ for a Yoshi TRC pipe

Yep, most gear gets here within a week, keep it under $400 and you wont have customs problems

Plus, you avoid the "pleasure" of being fucked around by useless twats in the parts department...

Seems so! Suzuki NZ didn't offer them as an option and Matthew at Bikesport gave up after 3mths waiting for a tank protector that Suzuki NZ do list and kept saying was "on its way"... He said I'd be better off ordering that direct from the US as well!

The BMW parts persone quietly suggested the UK for parts as well. Since BMW NZ charge 30% more than UK retail, and you have to wait 3 weeks because it is not in stock, then you may as well go direct.
PFM disks, fork seals and springs from Motorworks.co.uk took 5 days. Braided lines (at 2/3 the NZ price) for the RG = 5 days.
I was lucky not to get hit with GST on the Beemer parts as it was well over $400. The $400 limit also includes the postage - keep this in mind.
