    Rockets

Came across a big red Rocket today. Was waiting for the light and about to enter the Brougham St Motorway when this Truimph Rocket went pass. Thought I would have a wee look at this bike so when the lights changed i scooted off. Caught the guy up by the Colombo St lights. Bloody hell they are a big bike. Just could not get over the size of them. Made the Drake look like a toy.

F'ugliest thing I've seen. Popped into Welly m/cs today for a gander. Make a good base for a trike/chair though .

Saw my first one on the road a few weeks ago, going the other way on the motorway - I didn't actualy look at it,but caught the size of the motor in my periphrial vision...snapped my head around in a WTF???

Saw a guy parking his Valkarie in Welsford today,as it went over on the sidestand the rear guard hit a powerpole - as I rode past he was watching me,his eyes popping out and his chin down by the seat as he tried to stop to weight of the bike taking out his rear guard. And I think my bike is too heavy for me.

    Hard rear end

Called into the the Kaiaua fish & chip shop labour weekend and a guy with a Rocket was leaving. He had plenty of praise for them in a straight line.. But said it was too rigid in the rear to get them around corners - he was heading back to the bike shop.

Yep can believe that. Big rear tyre. Just the thing for the autobharn or some of the American super highways but in the twisties. As for the styling I sort of like it. Which reminds me about a poll.
