Sweet bike. There's a fella around here that goes for the newer R(D/Z)(2/3)50s, his name is GiJoe1313. I know he's picked up various bits and pieces from around the country from enthusiasts for these bikes. Might be worth asking him if he knows anybody with anything?

If he did , he'd buy it, and if he didn't I would.

EDIT: The RD350LC is the RZ350. The name changed depending on country. RZ350 here, RD350LC in UK. The RD350 (no lc) was the earlier (still very yummy) air cooled machine. TZ2/350 is the racer. Extra yummy.

pick up the latest Motorcycle Mechanics mag (its a UK one) because the front cover pic is a RD350LC and an RZ350YPVS head to head comparo.

I rode one extensively in the '80's and hanker after one again.....

The RD250/350LC was also marketed here and was followed by the RZ250/350.

RZ350 YPVS is a different (somewhat) beast.Look here for all the model name intricacy. BTW they were still made new in Brazil until about 2006, and exported to Europe (Germany especially) until a few years ago.

No. You definately don't want one. They're noisy. Smelly. Anti social. Environmentally unsafe. If you had one you personally could be held accountable for global warming and the end of civilisation as we know it. And the fuel consumption is shocking, how could you think of wantonly squandering a precious finite resource so.

Only irresponsible hoons ride two strokes. Especially ones like the RZ.

Beside, there aren't enough to go around.

I don't get it. Your own link shows the RD350LC (which is what I knew them as here - and even had the Haynes manual for [with both RD and LC in the name])...
