Just a liitle update but it appears I've found my bike and all that's leaved is to hand over the check after the owner has updated the wof and had it checked out.

But basicly I've chosen a 06 Honda cb900 hornet in red colour and it's only done about 600km on the clock, sweet as for a bike that's basicly more newer than an ex-demo you usualy find at bike shops.

Hope to have pics once the bikes mine.

Well today I bought my bike. I got a ride into Cartertan outside of Masterton and rode the bike all the way back to Palmy. Will need to get some fairing onto this bike soon, dam those winds were strong! Can anyone reccomend a windscreen for my bike?

    But anyway here she is...

Nice! Nice colour, too! I was going to recommend not getting a 900 Hornet, 'cause you'll only be buying a comfortable, torquey, good handling allrounder that will only go a million kilometers or so without major problems...

Apart from a screen, which someone else here will no doubt be able to recommend, the bike really doesn't need much.

Either a givi one like the picture on the left or a honda fly screen on right ,depends what your into .

Id recommend getting a fenda extenda or a belly pan like below ,otherwise those shiney pipes will go to shit in no time.speaking from experience with that matter ,tried to keep them nice but with all the tar stones etc hitting them they turned horrible.

If ya want to know a great place to buy some comfort and after market parts for the hornet in nz give me a pm .

That's a Honda screen on the right? Man that's a horrible colour! I just seen that Anza Motorcycles sell some screen for about $149
    http://www.anzamotorcycles.co.nz/con...it=15&offset=0 and another for $245 http://www.anzamotorcycles.co.nz/con...it=15&offset=0
How much do those exhaust protectors go for?

Get the larger screen. I have the smaller GIVI and its 'OK' but larger would be much better.

    BTW, thats a beaut bike!
