Makin the most of it

I was sitting reading through KB this afternoon after I'd been shopping for leathers (didn't find what I wanted tho). Decided it was far too nice a day to be forum whoring so went for a ride up to South Head.

Was nice to get out of the city. Was interesting to note how much more confident I am with my bike after some track time.

Stopped in at Shelly Beach on the way home and bumped into a couple of bikers and chatted while I rehydrated with bottled smurf juice.

Haha busted I honestly think the 600 is Honda's best looking bike ever and I don't see anyone else showing one off round these parts. Too many homo jokes perhaps

Was almost ideal weather. Cool enough that the tar wasn't melting too much and as long as ya keep moving you don't overheat.

Yep will do.

It is eventually gravel (wasn't game to go down that bit) but you can go a long way after the Shelly Beach turnoff on seal. Nice road - if a little (ok a lot) bumpy.
