    Suzuki Bandit windshield?

    Hi there.
I'm looking at a Suzuki bandit for my first bike. I have read that because they are a naked bike they get really windy above 100kms.
Do you think it's worth getting a wind shield for it, or is it not that big of a deal?
If it would help having a wind shield on it, where could I get one from?

    Cheers
    Ricky

    Hi Ricky

I ride a 250 Hornet which is unfaired, need to be doing 140+ before wind is really an issue. As far as cruising on the open road at ~100 goes, no problem.

    Cheers

I put a small screen on my cbf250 and it made quite a difference. It moved the wind blast to my upper shoulders from my whole chest.

I spend a lot of time at 100 and it was well worth the $250.

I guess it really depends on how much open road riding you are planning to do. When I get a bigger bike I'll definitely go for fairings but for now it doesn't bother me that much.

Mind you I haven't ridden in anything below about 18ēC yet...

You dont need nana knickers! Just harden up! I only ride naked bikes and will happily sit on 140+ all day long.

If it really bothers you though a small screen will make a world of diiference.
Get rid of those NANA knickers, and FIGHTER it!
