    vfr800 owners

    Hi guys I have a 1998/99 VFR800 which I am doing some work on the fairings on. The fairing mount is actually bent. I would like to know if there is a kind soul who owns one of these bikes that lives in the South Auckland area. I want to have a good look at the front fairing mount and take some measurements and pictures. I may need to dismantle some of your bike to do this but trust me (I'm a doctor) I can put it back together again. (they are not complicated)
    Anyone feeling helpful?

    Sorry, I don't live in South Auckland (North Shore instead), but if you get stuck, PM me, and I'll see what I can do to help. I've got a 2001 VFR800, and I'm prepared to take the fairing off to measure stuff if necessary.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Vifferman is that a Vtech or pre Vtech model ?
