    Scooter-Cross?

Once again another late night random thought...

We have motards - conversion of off road dirt bikes into on road..but what about the other way around??

The thought of getting a scooter and modifying it by putting off road wheels on, doing some mini cross (spose youd call it that) seems higly amusing.

I've done the mini moto thing and really arsed off snapping most things off the bike in one crash, so gave up on that idea, and racing at Mt Wellington go kart track seemed highly orgasmic due to no suspension and having it vibrate at max speed...

    What bout other road bikes??

    Sports bikes with knobbly tires?!
My bass is such a slapper.......I cant stop fingering those strings

Hahaha, talk about reinventing the wheel.

Dad had knobblies on his Vespa. Took off the body work and thrashed it around with the MX lads. Not uncommon.

    Ever seen a CT110?

It'd be awesome fun in the dirt with little scooter wheels.

I learnt to ride using a Honda Chaley and a forest area in Chch called "The Willows".
Thing had chunky balloon tyres, sod all front suspension,no front brake which taught how to slide the back into corners and could top out to a massive 55km/h.
Next step was a CB50 with knobblys
    Nevermind the Bollocks
