Number plate hard to read?

I can see it, just not clearly, law states it must be clearly visable from the rear, tucking it under like that is just being sneaky, hes put it there so he wouldn't get pinger as easily, it's the cops job to catch people like this, try and be sneaky.... your gunna end up with a fine.

I stated right at the start that the only reason for mounting it there was to tidy up the rear end of the bike...in fact i went out of my way to make it "Easily" visible from many angles at the rear.
