    It's how it is.
Have you read the whole thread 'Skidmark on society's arse?' I stated right at the start that the only reason for mounting it there was to tidy up the rear end of the bike...in fact i went out of my way to make it "Easily" visible from many angles at the rear. I was not trying to be 'sneaky' at all.

It's perfectly visible, unless you're the Skidmark on Stevie Wonder's faded underpants.
I can see it, Ray fucking Charles can see it and probably so can the Astronauts on the International fucking Space Station.
There is no issue concerning visibility here whatsoever.
The issue is one of revenue gathering by our so-called 'Defenders of the Public Good'.
What this cop is doing in fact is polarising law-abiding citizens against the Police force instead of doing their prime directive - protecting the public from scumbags.

Show it to the judge, asell as the photos of course... sorted...

Then ask the judge, "I don't know why I was enven charged in the first place."

And then ask him/her for costs...

Damn straight. The only two things in this thread that are BS is your $200 fine & Squid Marks typically pathetic way off the mark comments, pull ya farkin head in Sparky
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

And what law would that be Sparky?

It IS clearly visible, the photo doesn't lie. Near on 92% of people who responded agree including some policeman present, yet you don't, why doesn't that surprise me?

It may not be obvious - but is the plate partially covered when you sit on the bike?

No....see the pictures of me riding in front of a car while on a trip up north before I ever got a ticket...easily seen.

Skidmark, Fuck off out of my thread...you have had nothing worthwhile to say so fuck off! You don't read anyones response to your dribble and continually make shit up like 'he deliberately broke the law' which I have already explained clearly I didn't. You don't contribute anything worthwhile so you have no use here. piss off... and I'll tell you that to you face next time I see you.

Polarising against ONE cop by logical thought - unless they're like a lot of the KB Lynch Club and tar a whole organisation by the actions of an individual..
