It'd certainly go some way towards stopping such harrassment of citizens.
I agree to a degree ( hahaha...oh I'm soooo funny) but I guess the penalty for him is the lack of prosecution in this case...in saying that, its not really a penalty to him, but more so a benefit to me...it does seem a bit lopsided in that had I not shown up I would have lost too....BUT...if it was a more serious charge...they could have issued a warrent for my arrest. If it was a more serious charge and the officer had not shown...would he be penalized/issued a warrent for his arrest??? Doubt it.

Good luck mate, let us know how you get on. Police need to spend more time putting their resources into to protecting us and making our communities safe rather than picking on people for this kind of crap.

I mean sounds like this cop must drive around with binoculars just to pick half these people up on stuff. I wouldn't be able to see half this stuff even if I was standing right behind the bike!
Were are those winning numbers for lotto again..... Having to sell all your toys sucks

Tell me, have I got super human eyes cause I can read my number plate fine...Apparent

I would just tell him that any competent police officer would have read the number plate without any problems. I'd say he was short on his quota for the day and you just happened to ride past. On the other hand, if he can't read your plate, technically who is he giving the ticket to? haha

I've spent my money on bikes, booze and babes. The rest I've wasted....
