    Stolen Pajero

Yup, that's right, our Pajero got stolen last night / early hours of this morning from our driveway.
    It's AYQ826 - white and grey 1991 3 door V6 short-wheelbase model.
Been reported to Crime Scene, but with coming up long weekend, don't hold much hope of seeing it again.

    F%@kin Maggots!

Nothing strips you bare more than someone breaching your personal space. I hope you have insurance......

    I heard a interview on talkback the other day where they were discussing about stolen vehicles (after the ramming incident in Botany) and they gave a rundown on the top ten cars that are targeted, went something like;

    1. Subaru WRX
    2. Subaru Forester
    3. Subaru Legacy
    4. Mitsubishi Pajero.......

I was quite shocked to hear about the Pajeros being right up there. Maybe they are being stripped down and sent to the islands? Sent up North to go around the rocks/on the beach?

Me and Qkkid will be up in the Far North over easter so will keep a good eye out for ya...

    Thank Qkchk & Bistard.

Yup it's insured, but it's just the shock of coming out this morning and finding it gone.
I ran into the garage to check on the Guzzi but thankfully it's still there.

Fuck me. Sorry to hear that. But if it's anything like mine, just go look down the road, if it was only stolen last night it should still be in sight, working its way up to 50kph. Can't believe people would actually steal something like that.

I know you are not laughing, but no matter what one thinks of Pajeros etc, some lowlife helped himself to what did not belong to him. The (Spanish) cap fits alright.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I agree and if I did something to the "Pajaro" person who did this, then I would be in trouble.
Never mind,..I've reported it to the Insurance company, who have a 10 day stand-down

Cool,...I can put the bucket onto the trailer and make a tow-bar for the Guzzi. Wonder how many minutes the clutch would last.............

Well, yes, it isn't the most economical vehicle in the world and I was thinking of selling it, but not really how I planned to get rid of it.
