    Heritage Classic Handlebars

    Hi all
I know this sounds a strange request but can someone please tell me the handle bar diameter on a 2007 Heritage Softtail Classic. The story is that I've just bought one in Los Angeles and I'm going over to take it for a ride before bringing it home. I've bought a GPS with handle bar mount but I'm worried that the "U"Bolt that holds the mount is too small.
    TIA
    Howard

Yep. Bought it over the phone from Bartels HD. Never touched it, don't know what it sounds like with its after market pipes. Have to wait till June 30th when I head over to LA.

Im not sure what your doing, but KTL bikes brings container loads of Harleys etc back from California , so give Kerry a call.He might have room in the next container for your bike. Hes a real nice guy .Just put "Drew" or "Flame" in your KB search and you can get his contact details if ya like....Just say Rob told you.....

We have a quote of NZ$1200/ Ride into the yard, show proof of ownership and give them the keys. They pack it and put it on a pallet, when it gets here we pay them the money to pick it up. Does that sound reasonable?

It depends if the $1200 includes freight...Seems cheap to me.I think it will be a F.O.B price. You might find you will have to pay freight here and you will be paying gst on the purchase price ,freight and port services charge once it lands..Get on to a customs agent in NZ.They will give you all the low down, try NCT customs 09 276 7740 www.nctfreight.com nice guys easy to deal with. They will do all the clearance etc.I have used them for over 10 years..
