    Thanks for the comments guys..... The Ginger One is a bit humbled by it all but I say if it's worth doin...then do it! That applies to everythin'!

    The music is a track by the Foo Fighters called appropriately 'On the mend'

    If you read the words to this song you will see why I chose it...you would think they were written for Shaun.....

    Shaun, it really is great to see you happy, and with your family around you again. You have exceeded everyone's expectations with your recovery, and I can see how much hard work you have put in to get to where you are now.
    I know it's not much, but if there's anything I can do to help, let me know, even if it's only a conversation with soemone impartial.

    Edit: Whoever made that clip is awesome. Great song, and seeing the piece of road where you crashed sent shivers down my spine.

    Takes some serious guts to get back on after such a major smash. I'm impressed when racers get back on after a nasty highside and a broken arm/leg/whatever let alone the extent of Shaun's injuries.
