More pissed with KB to allow Madduck to tell everyone on KB vague details about my court case, tha fact that some I knew read the thread then told me about it and the fact that KB then allowed a thread that had posters calling me a liar, should be hung etc etc to run for 3 weeks is a bit shit.
Then when I post to the other side of the argument it then gets removed, trust me if it was u, you would be pissed too.

So, then, anyone can start a thread, make any sort of unfounded allegation or take out anyone, then when the subject attempts to reply or repudiate , have the thread removed ? On the basis that the dirt , unrefuted, is bound to stick ?

Yea, See i could make vague comments about your business, just enough for people who know to work out who you are and as you post to defend ya self, I can go running crying to the admins to get the thread removed!!!

As for madduck she is not without flaws but she is well respected and loved around these parts. Try and let it go animaltkd...let justice run its course.

That's a good point, but it seems Madduck didn't name any names.

I personally couldn't pick you or Madduck out in a Police line-up (and i don't know who you each work for), so it makes no difference to me.

And yes, KB is as guilty as general society with grabbing one side of the story and running with the scandal.

There was (is) nothing stopping you from starting a new thread with your side of the story if you want. To come rushing in threatening legal action (against who exactly??) wont make anyone take you seriously.

You said yourself, you have bigger things to worry about than what some geeks (surfing the Net on a Friday night) think about you or the situation.

As for outing myself, i couldnt really give a shit as got fuck all to hide.
the group I ride with know me well enough, I earnt their trust along time ago....

I dont see why these big companies worry about the credit crunch, all they do is try to charge us more or charge for shit we dont even get!!

I am sure they are even going t start charging me for the air that comes out before the fuel soon!!

Totally agree, hence I am not stressed by it... Glad I can afford the fuel to ride
