There was one a while back about a member that was chasing a KBer for an unpaid debt, and wasn't sure if they should still go out on rides, or associate with that person. Guess they just came forward themselves.

There was a thread started by Madduck about a court case that is ongoing between myself and the company she works on the 11th of March
Whilst she was telling everyone her side for 3 weeks with over 30 replies the admins allowed the thread, once I replied as it was me she was attacking the thread was removed.
I find this very interesting as I have had no comment on why it was removed.

Yeah the thread has been removed by the moderators. I had some bling from it and tried to use the rep as a back door into the thread. It's goneburger but the Weegie youtube has made up for all that. Made me feel homesick annnat mate, know? Fucksachematedongieusanyo'yershiteman,

Come on the full story, "We need to pay our staff ... they need to eat." Ok, I am sure the staff of a company the size of the one you work for are not going to starve over $2500 of goods which are disputed. And why does this worry you so much, you don't own the company, and you get your wages, as does everyone else.

This dispute has been going on for 2 years now and you have ridden with me twice and that was only in the last month or so. The first time, all you did was bitch about how fast the cruisers were going on the coro loop!!

"Turns out this fella is a KBer and is trying to screw the company" I hardly use KB, my postings are minimal but I dont accept you saying that you didnt take me to court because I was on KB. From my point of view you are trying to screw me.
I notice you posted this after the District Court threw your "case" out and you got told to take it to the disputes tribunal instead?

As for talking to me about this, well I spoke to you pleasantly and politely on both runs, knowing exactly who you were, because when I ride, I just ride. I dont remember you speaking to me on this matter.

For all you guys who were going hang the guy as he is ripping off the company, how many of you would pay for something you hadn't recieved! I don't need to be "named and shamed" - as I have come out to say she's talking about me.

As for why I didnt take Madduck's company to court, well over the last year I have had to bury my mother overseas, deal with family issues from her death and then recently deal with being told I have a major heart condition. Trust me Madduck the issue over $2500 with your company is WAY down my priority list, plus I have a great lawyer dealing with this as well, by the way he knows about this thread too.

Just for the record if I see you on a ride I will say "hi", if you dont want to go on rides if I am there, well your loss.
Also I dont care if people know who I am and just for the record I have the ability to pay ALL my bills, the ones I dont pay (which BTW is only your one) is where the company cant justify the statement!! IE supply the invoices with my signature on them which relate to the statements on the account.

BTW I will be riding to the DISPUTES TRIBUNAL as well, you are more than welcome to ride down with me.

Take it up with the admins. What they did will have been done for a reason, and starting a free for all second guessing chat type thread in here will be of little worth, start the usual shite fight and end in more second guessing.

If you want to pick it up, pick it up with the Admins. Leave it alone in here... walk away - ask the admins to close this thread. And coming in with threats about legal action?

ummmmm .....no....!
