Caution, bragging father...

Sitting here bored to (near) death with my knackered knee (not bike related), I think it a good time for a bit of bragging.....

Took Grace to Harrisville on Saturday for a blast around the mini track on her CRF100. It's been a while since she rode there, we've been going to Ardmore a lot and some quite long trail rides, anyway, she went out in the "B" group like usual, but this time she was way faster than everyone else, so I bumped her up to "A" group where the only riders to pass her were young adult (I use the term loosely...) males on hot mini bikes. I noticed that by moving to the "A" group we had got in sync with the main track "B" group of which there were only a few out in the last session, so I asked her if she'd like to try a careful lap on the grown-up's track. First lap was pretty cautious, but soon the poor little CRF was valve bouncing everywhere.... Apparently she's not going on the mini track again.......She gets her KX85 this week

Pix one and two on mini track, three and four on Main track. (It was dusty and there was no wind on Saturday, so rather difficult to get clear pix)

a amte of mine was telling me their was someone out on a crf100, told me i needed to sell thier old man a KX85 as she was tearing it up,

little did i know who it was, and i did not put 2 and 2 togother,

Crikey she has come a long way in a very short time.

Maybe look at the likes of a CRF150? Then she keeps the 4 stroke power delivery she knows with a fair bit more poke.

i hope she likes the 85. i saw the huge smile on her face when you said there was one coming :-)

i hope you got her a new kit in kwaka green.

A mate of mine watched her blasting up the steep section through the forest on the MR Motorcycles trail ride a couple of weeks ago and was most impressed. She's very handy on the track and trail.

Bloody hell!!! 8K!!!! that is bloody stupid!! Hey Scott Isn't Kawa coming out with a new 150 in line with the CRF150R?

The KX85 will be a kick ass bike.
