Thumbs up Pleased you guy's enjoyed it

Yea, that lot of 15mm rain on the lower course was testing for many. quite a few dead bikes this year too. We'll have to get a dozer in before next year !

theres no dozer required is there??
many of us thought it was just perfect the way it was.
but it was quite hard on some of those paddocks, especially the ones which looked like they hadnt been long undersown.

Only pulled out 2 laps this year, but very awsome laps they were.
had a slow lap with my dad to start with. nice a easy.
Didn't get stuck anywhere, pushed bike once.
was good to see the bikes leaving the start a little earlyer then other years.
And i walked away with a spot prize.
Dad almost walked away with a spot prize for riding all 10 years (he's only done 9)

That was a great ride...just enough of the wet stuff to make it a challenge with being too bad...though I heard it was the easiest for a while!!
Was going to get a new tyre before the ride but was really pleased with how my nearly worn out S12 went...the only pushing I did was helping other riders...did put it on its side on one slow muddy rut tho...

I was there as well, as Dargy is my home town many years ago, even went to Tangowahine primary for a couple of years.. Did 2 laps, the first was awesome, the second was bit of a drag, as by that time the track was churned up and my back tire was not handling the clay very well...Also, goggles were a waste of time, so got a fair amount of shit & mud in my eyes. But awesome ride, was stoked after the first round, a bit over it afer the second round and 120kms in a hard ktm sxf seat.. i think my arse is still recovering..
